Zone Archery – Return & Refund Policy (Final Version)
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
Customers must contact Zone Archery before initiating any return to receive authorization and instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, unopened, and in original packaging
• All original parts and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase is required
Once packaging has been opened, items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:
• Cut-to-length arrows or custom-made products
• Used or opened arrows, shafts, or components
• Personalized or special-order items
• Clearance or sale items
International Returns
For international orders, customers must contact us prior to any return.
Return procedures will be determined based on region and product type to help minimize shipping delays and customs complications.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees incurred during the return process.
Zone Archery is not responsible for additional charges unless the return is due to a defective product or fulfillment error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after returned items are inspected.
Processing time may vary depending on payment provider.
